All orders require 2-4 business days for handling prior to shipping. Please be aware that this does not include holidays or weekends.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping providers and are subject to delays. We're shipping from the state of Ohio in the United States, so the further you are away from there, the more expensive it may be and the longer it may take to arrive.

Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that your country may have additional VAT, Import, and Custom’s fees. We have no control over these fees and don’t have info on how fees work in different countries.

Refund Policy

We will process the cancellation of an order up to 14 days after you have received the product(s) with no reasoning required.

To properly cancel an order, you must inform us of your decision and contact us via our email: blackreliquary.dd@gmail.com

After processing these cancellations, we'll reimburse you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned product(s). This reimbursement will done via the same payment method as the initial order used, and you will not be required to pay any extra fees.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise at our sole discretion.
